Beyond Common Travel, LLC, /DBA Pampered Journeys is excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you can expect from us.

Terms and Conditions

Beyond Common Travel, LLC, / DBA Pampered Journeys acts as a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.

Covid 19 has brought about several changes in the way we travel. We have no control over delays, cancellations, or changes in itineraries deemed necessary by the carrier. Some destinations require that you are fully vaccinated. We strongly encourage travel protection to protect your investment.

A deposit, as indicated in your quote, along with a completed registration form is required for all new reservations with Pampered Journeys.

All final payment dates are clearly noted on the invoice of Pampered Journeys. All late payments will be assessed a late fee of $50.00. If you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment. If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous payments will be forfeited.

Method of Payment
We accept credit card payments only. Payments are received via an online encrypted credit card authorization form.  Once completed, that form will stay on file for the duration of the trip.

Changes to a reservation
All requests to make changes to a reservation must be made in writing and emailed to marina@pamperedjourneys.com.  There is a $50/person fee to research any changes to your reservation after the final booking.  Examples of a change request that will incur a change fee include but are not limited to, the following requests: 1. Room type; 2. Hotel change; 3. Flight change; 4. Cabin change on the airline (i.e. moving from coach to another class of service); 5. Changing dates of travel; 6. Adding passengers to reservations.; 7. Removing passengers from reservations.  Any fees imposed by the airline are in addition to the our $50.00 fee.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to marina@pamperedjourneys.com a $50/person fee to initiate any cancellations – with or without insurance.

Unfortunately, without the purchase of trip insurance, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  The best way to guard against any unforeseen circumstances is by purchasing trip insurance.

If multiple people are in a reservation and one person needs to cancel, the trip will need to be rebooked and will be requoted at the current rate.  This may mean an increase in the rate for those that are remaining on the reservation.  It is the responsibility of the travelers within the same reservation to ensure payments are being made.

Other Terms
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to Pampered Journeys at the time the reservation is made. Pampered Journeys will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.

All travelers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip. You should apply and obtain a passport far in advance for any group travel outside the United States. Please be sure your passport arrives at least 3 months prior to travel if applying for a new one or getting a renewal.

If you have booked a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave the United States, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address to us and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for costs that may arise as a result of such changes.

Travel Advice and Vaccinations
U.S. Citizens should refer to the travel advice posted by the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov for all the countries they intend to visit. Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary.

Airline use of Insecticide Spray
Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft.  Federal law requires that we refer you to the Department of Transportation’s Disinsection Information page on their website at the time of booking for further information.  http://airconsumer.dot.gov/spray.htm.

Hazardous Materials Disclosure
Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radiopharmaceuticals.

There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. Use of our Services and Website
After you have left the US, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them your intention to fly.  Unless otherwise stated in writing by  Beyond Common Travel, LLC, DBA Pampered Journeys.com it is your responsibility to complete your online check-in with airlines, hotels, car rentals, or any other travel providers.
You agree that if you provide incorrect information, including misspelled or incorrect names and dates of birth you will be responsible for all charges implemented by the supplier as well as a $50.00 administrative fee to Pampered Journeys.

Pampered Journeys is not responsible for time changes made by the airlines and railways. Flight time and seat assignments are solely at the discretion of the airlines. Hotel room location is also the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests for bedding type and floor can be made but are not guaranteed. Baggage fees of the airlines are not included in our prices. If you decide to check baggage you must pay this fee directly to the airline. The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Pampered Journeys.

Pampered Journeys assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Pampered Journeys, or (5) acts of God.

The deposit of your incoming trip is an affirmation that you are agreeing to ‘Pampered Journeys’ Terms and Conditions
